Jan´s Restaurant Halberstadt

I was surprised by a very friendly team and fast, attentive service during my visit. Despite a last-minute reservation, the food was also prepared quickly. Everything smells fresh, is beautifully presented, and tastes delicious. Even with a wheelchair, nothing stands in the way of a visit here, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I'd be happy to come back!

August 2025 Ate there again today and again, we weren't disappointed. Absolutely delicious. May 2025 The name doesn't exactly suggest an Asian restaurant, but we were pleasantly surprised. The value for money is absolutely fantastic, and the food is delicious.

It's a good thing we read the reviews beforehand, otherwise we probably wouldn't have gone to this great Asian restaurant. The outside area (including the restaurant sign) is really unappealing and doesn't indicate the really delicious Asian/Vietnamese food. Lucky for us 🥰, we got another spot in the restaurant. The restaurant itself is attractively decorated. There is very tasty and lovingly prepared Vietnamese food at decent prices and in sufficient quantities. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and can recommend this restaurant without hesitation! Thanks for the really delicious food 😋.

My new favorite restaurant in Halberstadt. Where else can you get delicious steamed dumplings or such fantastic soups? The homemade lemonade was also delicious, and everything was a feast for the eyes :-)

Jan's Restaurant in Halberstadt is located across from the Rathaus-Passage at Holzmarkt. Parking is available in the parking garage or in designated spots along the street. The menu is clear, and dishes are prepared and served quickly. Everything we've tried so far has been delicious. The service is friendly. Please note: Cash only; card payments are not accepted.

Wow. We were tourists in town, looked on Google for the best reviews, and came across this place. When we stood in front of it, we thought, "Oh no," but it's a gem. It really is. The food is super good and comes super fast. The Asian waitress was especially kind to the elderly. The "Oh no" was probably because there were so many people sitting there, but it's totally understandable. There's no better place in town!

We went to Jan's today with a small birthday party. The table was lovingly set with flowers, and the service was very friendly, making us feel very comfortable. The drinks arrived quickly, as did the food. We all had different dishes. Each dish was very well prepared with fresh ingredients, super delicious, and even our vegetarian requests were accommodated. The prices are very fair, so you're still very satisfied when you pay. Conclusion: One of the best restaurants in Halberstadt. There was nothing to complain about, and we always enjoy returning to Jan's Restaurant.

Good food! Delicious and appealing... you eat with your eyes... 😋 Service is fast and friendly... we only waited 30 minutes for the food... (with a full restaurant) 😀 Good value for money! Thanks, we'll be back...

Very tasty and clean. We felt very comfortable and the atmosphere was great. Very quiet, and there was no assembly line. The food was delicious and freshly cooked. The restrooms were also very clean and tidy. We would love to come back. We can only recommend the restaurant.

I can only say go there and try it out, we thought it was great

Very tasty and plentiful, friendly staff. Highly recommended 👌🏻
